Its double-point design supports spinal alignment while allowing you to target specific muscle groups with precision. How it works

Four steps to work on tight spots. Go slowly and use as much pressure as feels good.

  1. Snap it onto the line

    Press the Trigger Ball down over your SlackBoard line until it clicks into place. It fits single-line and double-line boards.

  2. Slide it into place

    Slide the ball along the line to line it up with the area you want to work on.

  3. Rest on it

    Lie or sit back and rest your neck, back, glutes or calves on the ball.

  4. Roll slowly

    Shift your weight to roll over tight spots, or hold still on one spot and breathe while the muscle relaxes.

This trigger ball is absolutely amazing. I have a place in my shoulder. That’s always very tight and it works great on that.
