I ordered these cards and then found out there was an app...

But honestly, I would order them again! We spend so much time on screens that these are a break from all that! We turned them into a game, and each of us picked four cards - one from each category, and then gave them a shot.

You can actually also turn the four card series into an exercise flow, and customize it based on your needs. My partner has two prosthetic hips, so we have to be careful about hip flexor exercises, but that's the only limitation.

The cards are clear, and actually they're really fun to do!

I wish you had exercise cards for the slackboard plus

I wish you had exercise cards for the slackboard plus. I am using both straps to gain strength and mobility while also trying to lose weight. You limit the cards and videos to just a single strap and no cards or videos to two straps.

Thank you for reviewing the Exercise Cards. While these do depict the single-line SlackBoard, most positions can be modified for the SlackBoard Plus by rotating your SlackBoard 90 degrees. I am happy to let you know we have several SlackBoard Plus videos available on our YouTube Playlist and on our YouTube channel. Have you taken a look at the 100% free GIBBON Balance App as well? That is another great resource and is available for free on Android or Apple platforms.

These are focused on SlackBoard exercises only

These are focused on SlackBoard exercises only. I purchased them for use with my SlackBoard Plus.

Hi Walter,

Thank you for reaching out to GIBBON. I'm sorry about your experience with the cards. While they do depict a single-line SlackBoard, most positions can be modified for the SlackBoard Plus by rotating the board 90 degrees which will allow your foot/feet to be across both lines. Our team has also emailed you some links to our 100% free SLackBoard Plus videos.

Just getting started with the Slackboard plus and exercise cards to help increase balance and core

Just getting started with the Slackboard plus and exercise cards to help increase balance and core strength.
Oddly enough I didn't realize that it would take time for my inner ears to adjust . I intend to progress slowly to avoid the slight nausea while adjusting.
I shall not be derailed!

Great Accessory

Super happy with the card deck. It makes it really easy to focus on balance or strength or flexibility. Never would have thought about using the board for a fraction of the things shown on the cards.

Guidance

I'm glad I purchased these as I wasn't sure what to do on the Slackboard. I've picked one set of exercises to do and will do these for a few weeks before moving on to the next set. I appreciate the written instructions as well as the visuals on each card.
