Did not include rubber piece

I paid a lot of money for this strap, and I really wish they'd included the little cheap, but necessary, protective rubber piece that's used in the tightening process. :(

I have an older board the line will not tighten. I ordered the clip tensioner but it did not fit on the older board. Will a new line fix the issue or has the board failed?

That's a great question. Since you've already tried a new tension clip and it didn't fit, I want to make sure we identify exactly which board model you have. Our SlackBoard lines are built to last a lifetime, so it's rare for the line itself to be the cause of a tension issue unless there's visible damage. To help you get back to balance training, could you let me know:
1) Roughly how old is the board?
2) Does it have one line or two?
3) If you can, please send over a photo of the board and the area where the clip sits to support@gibbon-shop.com, that will help us see if it's a compatibility issue or a structural failure.
Our team will take a closer look once we have those details!

I have the 2 line slack board plus. I want to make it a one line but the straps seem longer. Am I doing something wrong? Will this strap work?

GIBBON

Your SlackBoard Plus is designed to switch between a two-line and a one-line setup, but the regular 2 inch replacement line is identical to the standard replacement line and can feel longer than what you expect for that conversion.

For the SlackBoard Plus itself, it does convert between one-line and two-line configurations, and if you want help with the switch, the step-by-step training videos are here:

If you’re using the board in its two-line configuration, I don’t recommend balancing on just one of the two lines, since that affects how it performs.

We do not offer custom configurations on any SlackBoards. The Blue line is also used on the special release Drew Crophy design.

Can I get the blue slack lines on the board that says balance instead of orange?

No, I'm sorry but we do not offer custom configurations. You can order additional lines on our Accessories Page if you prefer a different color.

Replacement s.

We broke the black plastic piece that crimps the slackline to the board. If I buy a replacement slackline, does it come with this piece?

The new lines do not include a new tension clip. The tension clip is sold seperate. If your clip has broken within 2 years of purchasing from our website please contact our customer service team directly for warranty assistance.
