I don't think I'll ever need to use the replacement wood parts but you made them so affordable i got them just to have on standby! Now I have no worries traveling with it, I'll have everything i need incase something does happen. The probability of this board is SO FUN!

Tension clip broke in the first week, pretty disappointing considering I’m only 170lbs. Now one side won’t hold tension. Is there a better option than a cheap plastic piece.

Yes. Your SlackBoard includes a wooden tensioning dowel. The Roll & Lock pins also come pre-installed with the pre-tensioned line(s).

Do I need to purchase additional dowels?

No. Your SlackBoard comes with the wooden tensioning dowel you need, and the Roll & Lock pins come pre-installed with the line(s). Replacement parts are available separately if needed.

What's the difference between Wooden Dowels and the Lock & Roll Pin?

There is no difference. We've changed the product naming to make it more intuitive
