Good Line

Seems to be the exact same webbing as Gibbon's 1 inch FlowLine Slack line. Good texture provides enough friction allowing it to keep tension on the board without the plastic "tension" clips.

Such a great skill step up!

My kids and I love the challenge of the thinner width of this strap! It is super easy to switch out. We just followed the instruction video on the site.

Excellent line. Easier to grip with feet but initially harder to balance.
Sags a little more than the 2 inch requiring more tension.

Should Come Standard with Giboard

I love this line, it's so much better than the 2 inch. It's a little more intimidating at first, but you quickly adapt, and when you do not only is it allot more fun because it sways rather than trembles, but it also gives you better training for other pro lines which are more often 1" and is ultimately easier to stay on for longer than the 2". I wish they offered this as the standard line that came with the Giboard. If you have a Giboard get this!

I have a single slot slackboard, and when i use a one inch line on it I've noticed it has started to cause the edges of the board to bow inwards.

Is there an adaptor that provides more rigidity?

GIBBON

The bowing you're seeing is actually a natural part of how the SlackBoard handles tension, the wood is designed to flex slightly to absorb the energy of your movement, which is part of what makes it such an effective balance tool.

We don't currently offer a rigidity adapter, as the board's flexibility is intentional for both safety and performance. However, if you feel the bowing is excessive or if you're noticing any structural issues like cracking or delaminating, please let us know.
