Recovery doesn’t have to mean putting your SlackBoard away. This bundle turns it into a recovery station with four accessories that cover release, support, guidance, and consistency.

Release. The Trigger Ball attaches to your Single or Double SlackBoard line for deep tissue massage and myofascial release. Its double-point design supports spinal alignment and lets you target your back, neck, glutes, calves, or feet to reduce soreness and improve mobility.

Support. The 60" Balance Pole gives you a steady point of contact while you work on balance. Use it to build confidence as you balance, or hold it for added stability as you explore exercises and stretches.

Guidance. The 52 Exercise Cards include intensity levels and full instructions, so you can choose gentle mobility and balance moves when your body needs it and build up from there. Six guided programs take the planning out of your SlackBoard routine.

Consistency. The Stand holds and displays your SlackBoard so it stays visible and within reach, which makes a daily recovery habit easier to keep.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all SlackBoards, which covers manufacturing defects or failure caused by normal use.

We ship Monday-Friday from San Diego, California. As soon as your order ships you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Most orders will ship fast.

We want you to love your SlackBoard. If something isn't right you can return it through January 31, 2027 with our extended holiday returns for a full refund, less return shipping charges, if any (expedited outbound shipping charges will not be refunded).

Is the SlackBoard suitable for beginners?

Yes! The low-to-the-ground design makes the SlackBoard great for beginners. Even though balancing on the line is challenging, because your foot is so close to the ground, it’s easy to restart once you lose your balance.

Who can use the SlackBoard?

Kids, adults, athletes and seniors all use the SlackBoard. The low-profile design keeps you close to the ground, so it's easy to step off and try again. Start with the beginner videos in the free GIBBON app and progress at your own pace.

What's the difference between the SlackBoard and the SlackBoard Plus?

The original SlackBoard has one pre-installed line, perfect for anyone looking to improve stability and coordination. The SlackBoard Plus converts between a two-line and a one-line setup, ideal for kids, rehab, beginners or advanced instability training.

Is the training app really free?

Yes. The GIBBON app includes 100+ training videos with programs for kids, adults and seniors. Every video is included with your board, with no subscription required.

Can I use the SlackBoard outdoors?

Yes! The SlackBoard can be used indoors, outdoors, at the beach, in the living room, basically, wherever you would like. Since it is wood, you should avoid getting it wet or leaving it in direct sunlight for long periods of time, but feel free to use it in any location.

What is the return policy?

We guarantee that you will love your SlackBoard. You can return it for any reason through January 31, 2027 with our extended holiday returns for a full refund, less return shipping charges, if any (expedited outbound shipping charges will not be refunded).

Any returned item that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons other than our error may receive a partial refund, which we will inform you about upon receipt of the return. Please keep the box and all original packing materials for the return shipment.

Is there any setup required?

Good news! There’s nothing to assemble – your SlackBoard comes fully assembled and ready for use right out of the box. The SlackBoard Plus comes with two lines pre-installed and can easily be converted to a one-line board.
